• Clearly want to get his own back on Phil

• Got a war on with Phil (perfect way to get back at him

• Genially doesn't seem to know about it (could be a ploy)

• Could easily find out about it from his policing background

• Seem a bit extreme all over little Amy

I'd kind of assumed it was Raine? The shots of her hanging round Phil and Shirely, watching them etc. I would make a guess that either she knew the person killed in the car lot, or that it's something to do with Derrick Branning.
