They sell you a dodgy program which claims you have no existent viruses on your computer then they pester you every couple of months to purchase so called updates.

Abbie.. if you think about how many people haven't a clue about computer and then to be told by someone from "microsoft" that you machine is infected can scare people into buying this.. I know my parent probably would if they didn't have me to talk to about computer stuff
