• Laura leaves Summer Bay and takes Roo’s money with her.
• Kelly moves into Gina’s house.
• Dex tries to mend the bridges with Xavier.

Wednesday, July 20 – Ep 5343
• Alf organises a welcome home lunch then ends in disaster.
• Liam returns to Summer Bay.
• Xavier and Kelly make a decision about their relationship.

Thursday, July 21 – Ep 5344
• The DNA results come back and Heath is cleared.
• Alf struggles to find some direction.
• Inspector Joyce puts the pressure on Charlie.

Friday, July 22 – Ep 5345
• Tegan gives Brax a stern warning.
• Roo tries to mend things with Indi.
• Alf comes to a decision about the Blaxland.

Monday episode 5341 - 18/07/11

Roo is feeling awful about Bianca’s attack at the B&S Ball, particularly when it’s discovered there were drugs flowing freely at the event and none of the chaperones apparently knew about it. However Roo finds out Laura knew and blasts her for being irresponsible. Meanwhile Alf returns and learns of Roo and Sid’s relationship which has happened so quickly after the break-up with Marilyn. Alf voices his disappointment to Roo explaining he cannot support what she’s done.

Xavier comes across Kelly, the girl he met at the B&S Ball, fighting with her brother who drives off. They spend the day together and it seems she’s putting him in a good mood, even after an awkward moment with April. When Kelly’s brother comes back to drive them home, Xavier is astonished by his arrogant treatment of his sister and offers that Kelly stay with him in Summer Bay.

Bianca tries to remember what happened last night but she only remembers vague shapes. Charlie suspects Heath’s involvement in the attack given he was thrown out for crashing the B&S Ball and he’s had a history of threatening Bianca. Later Bianca remembers a tattoo on her attackers back and Charlie takes Heath in for questioning. Brax is furious that Heath could be involved and demands Heath takes a DNA test to clear his name.

Tuesday episode 5342 - 19/07/11

Roo confides in Sid, revealing how sad she is about Alf’s disapproval. She pushes her feelings aside to deal with Laura. Furious about the drugs at the B&S Ball, Roo tells Laura to take her share and get out of town. Laura pleads to stay with Roo but she won’t hear it. Sid commends Roo for cutting ties with Laura but when Roo checks her bank account, she discovers Laura has taken Roo’s share of the payment.

Xavier asks Gina if Kelly can stay with them until she finds a job and somewhere to stay. Gina is wary and questions the relationship he’s having with this new girl. Xavier assures her Kelly and he are just friends and he wants to help her out. Gina agrees on the provison that nothing of the relationship kind happens between Kelly and Xavier. However with their mutual attraction obvious, how long will they be able to keep this promise?

In the quest to find Kelly a job, Xavier suggests she take his old job at Angelo’s. However Casey informs them he’s already suggested Dex for the job and, sore over the break up with April, Xavier confronts Dex about it. Dex is happy to step aside for Kelly to have the job and uses the moment to try and bridge the gap with Xavier. Xavier suggests they might be able to mend the friendship and Dex is hopeful.

Wednesday episode 5343 - 20/07/11

Alf organises a welcome home lunch and decides to invite both Roo and Marilyn despite the recent tension over Sid. Marilyn tries to make an excuse to not attend, but some support from Elijah gives her the strength to change her mind. At the lunch, tension is thick between Marilyn and Roo and an argument erupts with both women making a swift and awkward exit.

April and Irene are doing their best to comfort a traumatised Bianca when Liam turns up on their doorstep unannounced. When Bianca storms out of the house, Irene is left to fill Liam in on recent events. When April comes she lashes out at Liam for leaving and name drops Heath as Bianca’s attacker. Things only get worse for Liam after he learns that Bianca and Heath slept together while he was in rehab. So much for a happy reunion.

In the wake of Xavier and Kelly’s hook up the night before, both agree to cool off their relationship in light of the promise they made to Gina. John manages to clock the chemistry between the two and questions Xavier about it. When the truth comes out, John makes Xavier promise to come clean to Gina.

Thursday episode 5344 - 21/07/11

Bianca is feeling guilty about breaking the Heath news to Liam and fears it might lead to Liam using again. When the pair finally sits down and talks it out, Liam reveals his problems with Heath go deeper as he was his dealer. Bianca is thrown a curve ball when Charlie calls to confirm that the DNA results are in, and Heath is in the clear. So who attacked Bianca?

Alf is in a slum and feeling out of the loop since his return to Summer Bay. After Romeo pitches his business ideas for the Blaxland to him, Alf sees a new opportunity for himself and agrees to be a business partner in this new venture. Morag and Miles both sense that Alf is intervening and try to advise him to let Romeo have control but Alf stands his ground.

Inspector Joyce arrives to head up the Summer Bay Police Station, putting Charlie in an awkward position when he wants Heath brought down. Charlie is desperate for a win here so she puts Brax on the spot and pleads for a tip off. Charlie is caught in the middle again after she learns Brax warned Heath that the Police are on his trail. What will she choose, her career or her relationship?

Friday episode 5345 - 22/07/11

Tegan shows up at Angelo’s to warn Brax that Jake’s gang have gotten wind of Heath’s impending raid, and they are planning to ambush it. Brax orders Heath to shut it down but Heath doesn’t want to hear about it. How far will Brax go to protect his brother?

In an attempt to bridge the gap between her and Indi, Roo puts together a care package of household items for Indi and Romeo to have. However when Indi comes over to collect the package, Marilyn enters only to spot her teapot in the mix, and she isn’t happy at all. Roo can’t seem to get anything right.

Miles and Marilyn try to talk Alf into backing off on Romeo’s business so he can find his own feet. Roo also tries talking to Alf and makes him see that the real problem here is that his own feeling of not being needed anymore. When Romeo comes to confront Alf about his concerns and plans for the future, Alf graciously gives Romeo the go ahead on his own.
