Michael is under enormous pressure to show that Plastics is running smoothly, as the medical drama continues. But when a vulnerable patient has their operation stopped halfway through, it begins to look like the Plastic vision is fast disappearing. Then Michael faces a moral dilemma when he makes a discovery about Sunil.
Sacha struggles to control his team, as Frieda and Chrissie become increasingly frustrated with each other, and he has to learn to take a tough stance.
Ric asks Malick to keep an eye on Elizabeth, but is less than pleased to discover her caught in the crossfire between Dan and Malick.
