    20th December

When Steve accuses Becky of stealing from the Corner Shop to pay off Kylie, she can't deny it. Steve's furious and threatens to call the police. Will he shop his wife?

Meanwhile, as the residents struggle to come to terms with the devastation caused by the tram crash, it's not just the physical destruction they're dealing with but the emotional pain of the events on that fateful night. Lies now exposed, one parent goes into meltdown as another is thrown out of the family home. Is there any way back?

At the crematorium, respects are paid to another of the dead. But it's an uncomfortable service for one resident who carries a deadly secret about what really happened to this victim on the night of the tram crash. Will the truth be revealed?

Elsewhere, the residents plan a remembrance service.

    23rd December

Steve can't forgive Becky and tells her that he wants her out. Gutted, Becky begs Steve to see she was desperate to save Max from a terrible life with Kylie and points out he'd have done the same for Amy. Will Steve soften?

Meanwhile, as one family reels from the bombshell exploded on the night of the tram crash, another shocking twist leads them to question their future together. Is this one part of the street that can't be mended?

Elsewhere, there's worry that a snappy Gary is bottling up his troubles as he refuses to open up to anyone.

Also today, another resident contemplates leaving Weatherfield behind in the wake of the tram crash.

    24th December 1930

As the residents gather for the memorial carol service and the reverend talks of hope, it's an emotional moment for many. But as the snow falls and the carols are sung, a taxi pulls onto Coronation Street and out steps a pair of killer heels.

The singers fall silent as they gasp at the sight of Tracy Barlow - she's back!

Meanwhile, relations are still strained between Steve and Becky as Steve looks at taking a loan against the pub to cover their huge debts. Can their marriage survive?

Elsewhere, one family tries to remain optimistic as the hospital chaplain performs a blessing on their very poorly child, and the crash investigator has news for Nick.

    2030

Tracy stuns the residents by announcing she's been released. Back at home, she reveals that the forensics expert from her trial has been discredited, throwing all his cases into doubt. She has appealed and is out on bail, pending a retrial.

Desperate to see Amy, Tracy heads to the pub but when the McDonalds refuse to wake her, she trades insults with Becky. Hearing the row, Amy appears at the door where Tracy envelops her in a hug. As Tracy tells Steve and Becky that she wants to spend Christmas with Amy another row brews. Will Tracy reclaim her daughter?

Meanwhile, there's a ceasefire in one household as a broken family comes together to celebrate Christmas. But when another bombshell is dropped, will the day descend into all-out war?

Elsewhere, those on their own look for some festive spirit in The Rovers, and Gary flies off the handle at the mention of Quinny's parents.

Christmas Day 1900 Hour Long Episode

As the Rovers staff prepare for a party, Tracy arrives at the pub to collect Amy, determined to spend time with her daughter at Christmas. Becky's furious when Steve lets her go, fearing Tracy won't bring her back, but Steve assures her that he knows what he's doing.

Tracy does bring Amy back, but having learned from her that Becky and Steve 'bought' Max, Tracy curtly informs them that she's taking Amy for good. Becky flies at her and they brawl in the pub. Steve tries to calm them down, but Tracy trumps him by threatening to tell the authorities he paid for Max if he tries to keep hold of Amy. How will Steve react?

Meanwhile, as one resident does a u-turn on their plans to leave the street, another announces that they'll be renewing their wedding vows in the wake of the tram crash horror. But is their partner ready to commit again?

Elsewhere, Christmas cheer is lacking in one household. A few minor concessions are made for Christmas, but can hostilities remain on hold for long for one warring family?

Also today, emotions run high as families miss their loved ones, but has one tortured soul got a confession to make? And when Tracy makes some nasty remarks about one of the dead, she faces the wrath of another resident and a harsh slap.
