Which time in the video? I'm not sure she was wearing a gown at the end but it does look like she was in the physch ward - because one of the two guys at the end looks like Charlie? I am interested to find out whether the fire at the end is real or Ruth's imagining it.

There was an interview with Georgia Taylor posted a few weeks ago saying that she's just filmed her hardest ever scenes on Casualty. Maybe this stuff with Edward sends her crazy.
