Tyrone is left devastated as Molly deals him the ultimate blow at the beginning of Coronation Street's 50th anniversary week next month.

Having finally made a decision over her future, Molly tells her husband that she's leaving him - but he furiously empties her bag in a futile attempt to get her to stay.

When Tyrone declares that Molly can only leave if she lets baby Jack stay with him, the shop worker finally comes clean with the heartbreaking truth - telling him that Jack is not his son.

Crushed by the news, Tyrone can only watch as Molly walks out with Jack. Is this the end of his family dream? And will he discover the role that Kevin has played in destroying his happiness?

These scenes air on Monday, December 6 at 7.30pm on ITV1.

Tyrone refuses to listen when Molly says she's leaving, but Molly's adamant. As heartbreak turns to despair, Tyrone insists he won't let Molly out of the house, claiming she can only go if she leaves Jack with him as he won't be parted from his son.

Molly swallows hard and drops the bombshell that he is not Jack's father. Astounded, Tyrone demands to know who is…

Meanwhile, as Leanne and Peter get ready for their hen and stag parties, Peter's on cloud nine, blissfully unaware of Leanne's affair with Nick. The stags - Peter, Ken, Steve, Lloyd, Dev, Eddie, Jason, Kirk, Ashley and Chris - gather at The Joinery, where Ciaran is forced to serve cold food as he complains about the gas supply.

As the hens - Janice, Eileen, Rita, Michelle, Carla, Julie, Fiz, Deirdre - meet in The Rovers, Nick arrives to talk to Leanne. She's adamant she's marrying Peter, but as he makes one final bid to convince her to flee with him, will Leanne waiver?

Elsewhere, Becky is shocked when Max goes missing; Tina starts work at The Rovers; Charlotte puts more pressure on John over the phone before turning up at number five; and Lloyd and Chris fight over Cheryl.

    6th Dec 2030

Peter's enjoying his stag night when Nick arrives wanting a word. Witnessing his dark mood, Ken hurries over the road and hauls Leanne out of The Rovers, revealing Nick's about to talk to Peter. In his office, Nick's about to reveal all when Ashley interrupts to say goodnight. Suddenly, a huge explosion tears through The Joinery.

Molly, Jack and Sunita are inside the shop as the blast showers them with glass. Outside, Kevin, Ken, Leanne and Becky are flung to the ground and residents pour out onto the street. Inside The Joinery there's devastation, while in the office Nick, Peter and Ashley lie trapped and unconscious.

Holding Jack to her, a dazed Molly heads for the shop door, but a piercing screeching of brakes rings out as a tram slithers along the viaduct and crashes onto the crowded street below. It hits the corner shop before smashing into The Kabin - and Rita is buried under rubble inside…

Meanwhile, John finally tells Charlotte that he has no intention of leaving Fiz. As they argue, Charlotte grabs a hammer and swings it wildly. John wrestles it from her, but as she heads to the door he raises the hammer himself. Has John killed Charlotte? He picks up the phone to dial 999 just as the tram hits…

Elsewhere, Becky scours the Street for Max.

    7th Dec 2030

The Street's residents frantically remove rubble from the Corner Shop as it becomes clear that Molly, Jack and Sunita were inside when the tram crashed. As Becky searches for Max and Steve in the ginnel, she hears Sunita's cries from beneath the rubble of the shop. Becky alerts the others who attempt to free her. The residents redouble their efforts when they hear Jack's crying from under the shop rubble. Inside, Molly drifts into unconsciousness…

Meanwhile, lying seriously injured by The Kabin, Fiz is frantic about John and her fears multiply when she hears he wasn't at the stag night. As the emergency vehicles arrive, Dr Carter confirms that Fiz's contractions have begun. However, she is only six months into the pregnancy and she needs to get to hospital or she and the baby will die.

At The Joinery, the survivors attempt to help the wounded before re-entering the bar to search for Cheryl. In the office no-one can reach Nick, Peter or Ashley who are buried beneath the debris.

Elsewhere Tina desperately searches for Graeme; the shocking events on the Street bring back horrific memories for Gary; a fire at number 13 puts Claire, Josh, Freddie, Russ and Simon in serious danger; and Rita is in desperate need of help in The Kabin.

This is the moment that Coronation Street's Sunita Alahan is discovered buried beneath rubble at the Corner Shop as the soap's 50th anniversary week continues.

Last night, fans saw a tram crash into the shop in a huge and devastating disaster, leaving Sunita and several other characters in jeopardy.

In tonight's episode of the show, fan favourite Becky McDonald (Katherine Kelly) finds Sunita in the debris as she frantically searches for her nephew Max, who mysteriously disappeared shortly before the crash.

As Becky realises that Sunita is seriously injured, she immediately calls to alert the emergency crews who have arrived on the cobbles.

However, her attention is also drawn to the fact that the shop's open safe is spewing out cash. Could Becky really stoop so low as to steal the money? And will Sunita be okay?
