help - how do you get a banner up?

Ive made a banner on windows movie maker but i dont now how to get it up on here. does anyone have any ideas

you can't have one until you have 500 posts but any way i don't no if it is the same for movie maker but you upload it to photobucket copy the url the in user cp click on signiature the click on the image button the paste the url
im no good at explaining things but hoped it helped
