    Being a teenager

    Hi

    I just became a teenager yesterday and i was wondering....

    Is it true you get teenage moodswings?
    Anyone got any tips on being a good teenager not that i am a bad teenager

    Post this in the pregancy chat.. that is where you will be able to chat to Mum/Dads of teenagers..

    I was a terrible teenager.. major mood swings but I never got into trouble outside the house and I never hung around in a gang..

    Yeah i was the same i was always really moody in the house.

    Never really thought i was that bad at the time but now when i look back

    I don't know how my mum coped.. she had 9 of us, 7 in a row so she had seen all the moody swings and excuse for been out late etc.. 6 girls all hormonal.. my mum is a saint

    I had my moments when i was a teenager! My mum still don't know about 1/2 the stff i got up to!

    Parent never do.. I have a lot of teenage nieces and they tell me everything that they won't or can't tell their parents.. it is nice in a way as I can keep an eye on them without betraying their trust.. that is a good thing to do, talk to an aunt/cousin or someone about your moods and feelings, it will help you Stacey

    I dont know how they coped either. I suppose if they have been though it all before it's easier. With me i'm the youngest and the next one up is sixteen years older than me so it was probably a shock to be back in that position again.

    I am going mad with my 13 year old's mood swings now, he is so moody every now and then for no apparent reason at all. I wish that he could tell me why but he says it is nothing.....
