I'm pretty sure Rosie was over the age of consent when they had the affair. So he should be banned from teaching, but I don't think he would be classed as a sex offender because of it.

Thats not against the law providing she was over the age of consent. It wasnt as if he raped her. Rosie was a more than willing partner in the act. I dont think he is a registered sex offender
