I am wondering if Ruth attempts suicide again, because I am guessing he isn't best pleased after Ruth tells him about the abortion. It is a long shot, but you never know! And Jay does look really concerned when he is running in the preview, sooo, maybe if Jay breaks up with her again and with the whole thing about her brother she may have another breakdown.

Having said that though, it may be overdoing it with the drama that is coming up with Jess....
