1st March

A sombre pall hangs over the Scully house as Charlie's health deteriorates, and when he experiences a violent coughing fit, Lyn insists that he be moved to hospital. To her horror, Karl confirms that Charlie doesn't have long to live. Charlie can't abide the idea of seeing out his last days in hospital and he begs Steph to help him leave. She takes him to see his boat and he's overcome by another, severe, coughing fit. Lyn arrives just in time to witness this and explodes at Steph - by acquiescing to his wishes has she hastened Charlie's death?

Boyd pulls back from an intimate moment with Serena and admits that he is still in love with Sky. They return to the school formal with Boyd intending to heal the rift between him and Sky. But when Boyd receives an award for football and finds that Sky has sabotaged the trophies it's the last straw for him. He tells Sky to save her apology - they're over for good.

Stingray lays his heart on the line with Serena and asks that they try a long-distance relationship after he moves to Colac. Serena, still confused about her secret feelings for Boyd, asks for time to think - but Stingray's heart swells with false hope.

Karl is putting together an invitation list for his marriage to Izzy and confides to Max that, sadly, none of his children will attend. He tentatively appeals to Susan to intervene.

Harold learns that the bone found in Lou's back yard is human and resolves to solve the mystery.

2nd March
Lyn rushes Charlie to hospital. Steph, Doreen and Lyn continue to clash over Charlie’s wishes; Lyn wants him to remain in hospital, Doreen and Steph know Charlie wants to be at home. Charlie goes back to the Scully house to spend his last days, but Lyn is still torn between medicating and treating Charlie’s the way she feels is right – by the book - and the way Charlie wants things done. How much longer can Lyn carry on?

Izzy has a dream that speaks to her newfound inner peace; she no longer fears Darcy and the lies of her past. She can see a bright new future for herself with Karl. This contentment feeds into her attitude towards the wedding (she leaves it up to Karl) and towards a hen’s night she’s planning. Max and Steph try to warn her off the those plans – they know that Izzy’s deluded to think she can invite the women of Ramsay St. to a hen’s night, but Izzy won’t be deterred. It’s only when she receives a stinging rebuke from Lyn that she realizes her situation. She decides to have the biggest wedding in Erinsborough’s history – to make sure everyone knows how happy she is.

Steph comes down too hard on Summer; she simply cannot find the balance between friend and parent. Meanwhile, Summer has a frank chat with Charlie about death that helps her come to terms with her own mother’s death. During this time, Steph has spoken to Max and decided on what she feels is a fair balance. She’s proves it by reaching an agreement over Summer’s formal dress and curfew, but still provides her with a kick-ass motorcycle entrance to make her the envy of all the kids.

3rd March

Izzy panics at the prospect of Darcy regaining consciousness and revealing her secret. She works hard to discourage Karl and Susan from visiting him and discredits anything Darcy may say upon awakening as being totally unreliable. As a final desperate measure to erase her past, Izzy steals her hospital records and destroys them.

The day of Stingray’s departure has arrived and Susan and Stingray hide their sadness behind a brave facade. Janelle’s suitability as a mother is once again called into question when she encourages Stingray to have a beer at his farewell. On the road, Stingray realises once and for all that Janelle doesn’t have his best interests at heart. Not only does she seem to have exaggerated her injury, she also concealed a letter from Serena. It’s the final straw for Stingray and he orders her to turn the van around – he wants to return to Erinsborough.

When Carmella gives Connor his new job as Junior Sub-Editor, he’s too embarrassed to tell her about his ongoing battle with illiteracy. Lou urges him to tell the truth, but Connor can’t bring himself to let Carmella, and her mother, down.

Worried about Liljana’s reaction, David hides from Liljana the fact that the mayor of Erinstown is female and a dead-set hottie. Is his interest more than civic?

4th March

Serena is thrown when Stingray returns and announces that he’s not moving to Colac as planned. And because Stingray read more into Serena’s farewell note that she intended, he is certain that reconciliation is on the cards. Serena tries to let him down gently and, thinking of Boyd, hints that she’s found another. A competitive Stingray repeats this to Boyd and, suspecting Serena’s other guy is probably him, Boyd goes to Serena to find out what’s going on. Although Serena denies holding a candle for him, she is indeed still hot for Boyd. When Sky – who still loves Boyd like crazy - asks her cousin to arrange a meeting between her and Boyd, Serena – in spite of herself - sabotages the rendezvous.

It’s Christmas Eve in Ramsay Street, but an under the hammer Max finds it hard to get into the spirit of things. He discovers that the cause of his tax audit is accidentally undeclared shares given to him by Rosie and he will be forced to pay $10,000 in back taxes. Because of their dire financial situation, Steph suggests that they move into the Scully house but Max isn’t keen on this idea. On top of that, Boyd reveals his doubts about qualifying for a uni course. But there is some good news. Steph returns from the doctor and reveals that she is pregnant.

Connor attempts to complete the sub-editing task assigned by Carmella’s mother, Lucia. Due to his illiteracy, Connor is in over his head and enlists Max’s help in getting the project finished. The end product is so good that Lucia assigns more editing work to Connor. Carmella is thrilled that Connor is impressing her mother but Connor, knowing he’s not up to the task, prepares to confess his shameful secret to Carmella
