And there is still the bushfire threat in the Blue Mountains & the South Coast etc. (48.9C is equivalent to about 130 Fahrenheit!). I have had the air-con on as well as the ceiling fans & it is still stifling hot inside at 7:30pm. Unbelievable!

I cry at the devastation and loss in Australia, such a lovely country in ruins, take care over there, stay safe

I am so sorry to hear this Siobhan, losing a sibling is a terrible thing. Please take care of yourself. I lost my younger brother in June 2018, he was my only sibling and I spent a lot of time supporting my parents and sister in law - it catches up with you. I suffered a delayed grief reaction and I was on medication and counselling for six months before feeling myself again. Please remember the goid times and give yourself time xxx

I was asked to do a coronavirus plan yesterday for the nhs service i run in case the virus spreads. I am just so worried about my husband. He is highly vulnerable after a stroke. He does not go out but he has a few different carers coming in. All go on public transport in london. I just happened to work from home today and saw that they do not follow care agency instructions.
