Pyro , im assuming you mean dis likes, but then my disclaimer is that i know nothing about Twitter as I have never ventured there.

Social media from my point of view is infested with festering nasty coward types that are so brave sat behind their screens, they dont get their kicks from being nice, they foam at the mouth in being vile and more so when someone they target bites at thaeir trolling.

Im no expert but if you want to follow a person find their web site and if possible just follow them there, lots if they are well known have fan based forums or comment points that are moderated.

Dont let keyboard nasties upset you. they are such a tiny selection of who is on the net wanting to chat mist really nice souls just lurk those are the ones that are worth interacting with .

Splashy thank you !!! I am following a few personalities and programmes, 100% of whom are really pleasant, I did have one follower but only after 3 days it wasn't there anymore. I was upset too, all my messages have been polite and courteous, oh well at least I have my friends on soapboards ( they are the best ever!!!

Have a conference in Leeds on Wednesday but going a night before otherwise i will have to get up 5 am on the day. Still recovering from flu and now my eye is swelling up. But i cant cancel now as hotel and train booked by work. Plus my aunt lives in Leeds and she is my dads only living sibling now. He passed away many years ago and it is a good chance to see her at the same time. I would go even if i had to wear an eye patch. I just hope i get better by tomorrow though as this is getting very boring now. I hear its colder up north right now.

Im just enjoying seeing a happy Pyro back on the boards...

Today I got my Samsung Fit 2 watch delivered, it cost me all of nothing as there was some free promotion with my galaxy edge 7 phone. So far all it is is an expensive watch that counts my steps Eatchin youtube vids on it now to learn how much more it can do.

It s coming up on a year since I was totally agoraphobic for 13 years and living in a mess I cannot describe, really pushing now to have that flat rented out and not my problem anymore.

Splashy is soooo right about social media being toxic, so well done for stepping away. I have accounts on Twitter and Facebook but rarely use them (except to post petitions and the like).

There's more and more evidence coming to light every day that sinister forces are using social media to manipulate opinions and elections - even more reason to stay away!!!

I only got a facebook account the year I moved to Germany so I could keep in contact with my family. If I was still in Ireland I wouldn't bother. I don't do twitter but I do have instagram and snapchat as my nieces use them alot
    Super Mod

Oh splashy it must have been so awful for you, I suffer from anxiety, getting help was hard to begin with but somehow the NHS did their bit. Looking back I am glad I did. Hope that all goes well with the flat.
