Lost my beloved White Cane on Wednesday. Its been my companion on tens of trips since I stopped being a recluse. I know its only a stick and I have ordered a replacement but it was like losing a leg.

I was in Waitrose without it and had to ask a staff member where the eggs are, she looked at me and said , "its in the aisle with the large sign saying Eggs." ... I missed my cane right then, I could of beaten her with it.

Might be worth contacting a local tourist office, or bus company Splashy, you never know someone may have handed it in.

Tried the bus company ..no joy.. I think I lost it coming down from the top deck.. anyway.. have two new Michael's delivered today (Canes) both are huge .. much longer than my original one .. but I will miss my original one.

Have environmental health coming round at 9pm, Landlady was hoping for another older lady to be in her flat putting up with the issue, but instead she got me..(insert maniacal laugh)

Judging by the state of some buses I think they only get cleaned out annually, so your cane is probably lay there waiting to be found.
Read the next bit with the theme tune of jaws on your mind ! This fish tank noise does it sound like gnashing of teeth ,water splashing ,and frenzied feeding. Also does your neighbour have missing fingers ,has frequent visits to the butchers but claims to be a vegetarian. If the answer is yes Splashy
think PIRANAH !!!!! Got to leave it there for now the wardens are taking me back to my room.

What was that line in Jaws when it first attacked.. "we are going to need a bigger boat" in my case I think I may need a bigger flat

Environmental health guy was a clip board wielding step into the past, he was straight out of any 1960s

Come Monday I may end up with a PIRANAH s head in my bed.

Decided to watch football on the BEEB using my VR head set and their 3d app , it was all going swimmingly till I followed the ball left and walked into a wall, a blood bath of nose bleeds followed.
