    Unhappy Winter 2009

Just had a look on the internet to see the weather forecast for next weekend and there is meant to be snow where I live. Over Christmas, the forecast is for -14 C at night and barely making 0 C during the day.
I imagine it is similar in the UK, I will be in Yorkshire and Merseyside for Christmas. Better pack plenty of warm clothing.

Not as cold Perdy... Germany temperature hit much lower than in UK/Ireland.. At christmas in Germany I would get around -7 and snow.. in Dublin it would be between 0 - 7 degrees and raining... but yeah.. bring warm clothes and an umbrella

A strong umbrella, windy and wet seems to be a constant here, although today is cold, bright and clear.

Shame it will be dark when I leave work.

Which part of Yorkshire? It's always freezing up there during winter. Not as cold as Germany but it's still very cold. The mornings are beautiful though, waking up to frosts and watching the sun rise over the fields. Can't wait to go home.

That's on the other side of the county to where I am. Can't say I've ever been to Huddersfield although I've passed through it on the train.

Hope you have fun in cold, wintery Yorkshire
    Thanks CrazyLea
