Lloyd (Craig Charles) has a hangover and regrets spending the night with Teresa (Karen Henthorne) meanwhile Teresa’s walking on air and nips to the cornershop to buy breakfast. Teresa’s proudly telling Darryl (Johnny Dixon) about her night when Lloyd drives past in his cab – he’s clearly doing a runner. Teresa’s gutted but promises she won’t breathe a word particularly to Liz. Liz (Beverly Callard) apologises to Lloyd and tells him she’d like to give their relationship another go. Lloyd confesses to Liz he had a one night stand but doesn’t tell her who with – step in Michelle (Kym Marsh) who unwittingly spills the beans to a horrified Liz. Is this the end for Liz and Lloyd once more?
Tyrone’s upset after Molly’s behaviour recently and accuses her of no longer being interested in him. Molly (Vicky Binns) tries to make light of it and leaves for work but Tyrone (Ala Halsall) tells a worried Kevin (Michael Le Vell) he wants to talk to him about Molly. What is on Tyrone’s mind?
Leanne (Jane Danson) returns from the bank feeling despondent. She explains to Peter (Chris Gascoyne) that although the bank will lend them some money it’s not nearly enough. She asks him to show her round the old joinery business once more so she can establish if it is worth continuing with their plans. Meanwhile news of exactly where Leanne and Peter are planning to open their bar starts to spread and causes concern.
Elsewhere Luke (Craig Kelly) is a worried man and Tony (Gray O’Brien) accuses him of being a skiver

Monday 12 October [2]
Liz (Beverly Callard) is furious about Lloyd (Craig Charles) and Teresa’s one night stand and takes hit out on Teresa (Karen Henthorne), insults and punches fly until Lloyd manages to get himself a bloody nose as he tries to stop them. Michelle (Kym Marsh) throws them out of the pub and the fight spills onto the street where Darryl (Johnny Dixon) intervenes and Teresa storms into the cornershop and grabs a bottle of vodka. An outraged Dev (Jimmi Harkishin) tells her she is fired from her job at the kebab shop. Meanwhile Lloyd begs Liz to take him back but she refuses. A devastated Lloyd leaves the pub upset watched by Teresa whilst Liz cries in the Rovers backyard realising she’s all alone again.
Peter (Chris Gascoyne) and Leanne (Jane Danson) realise they’re going to have drum up some local support if they’re going get their bar off the ground. With even Janice (Vicky Entwistle) confessing to Leanne that she doesn’t agree with the idea it looks like it is going to be an uphill struggle for the would-be bar owners.
Kevin (Michael Le Vell) takes Tyrone (Alan Halsall) for a drink and Tyrone confides in Kevin that he thinks Molly’s having an affair. A guilty Kevin assures him he’s imagining it leaving Tyrone relieved and grateful. Kevin calls in the cornershop and warns Molly (Vicky Binns) of Tyrone’s suspicions and wonders if they should end their affair. How will Molly react?
Helen (Dearblah Molloy) and Barry arrive to see baby Liam. Helen makes it clear she disapproves of Tony (Gray O’Brien) and Maria’s (Samia Smith) relationship and as they start to talk about the anniversary of Liam’s death Tony feels distinctly uncomfortable.
Luke (Craig Kelly) is devastated when he gets a call from his solicitor telling him that his deal with Carla has gone sour – it seems he is no longer a shareholder in Underworld - what will Luke do now?

Thursday 15 October
Soft touch Umed (Harish Patel) has let Teresa (Karen Henthorne) spend the night in the shop but ushers her out before Dev (Jimmi Harkishin) arrives for work. Teresa is feeling sorry for Lloyd (Craig Charles) and she tries to smooth things over with Liz (Beverly Callard) for him but Liz isn’t interested. Umed asks Teresa if she’d like a job making curry for the kebab shop, remembering how well her curry went down at the fete. . Teresa’s keen but points out she’s homeless and has no kitchen. After finding out how hard she tried to speak to Liz Lloyd agrees to let Teresa stay one more night in his flat but makes it clear Teresa is sleeping on the sofa. Teresa isn’t concerned, it isn’t his body, it’s his kitchen she’s after.
Maria (Samia Smith) is feeling suffocated by Helen (Dearblah Molloy) and Barry’s constant references to Liam and baby Paul. Tony (Gray O’Brien) and Maria (Samia Smith) are stunned when Helen offers them a family christening gown and shows Maria a photo album she has made for her and the baby. Tony is curt with Helen but Maria doesn’t back him up and Tony feels excluded. Tony asks Maria if she’d like him to move out for a couple of nights to give her some breathing space. To his dismay she agrees and Tony leaves No.7 with his overnight bag. Is this the end for Tony and Maria?
Luke (Gray O’Brien) tries but fails to increase his overdraft with the bank. In desperation he tries to rekindle his relationship with Rosie (Helen Flanagan). Will she fall for his charm and lies?
Kevin (Michael Le Vell) is relieved when Molly (Vicky Binns) meets up with him in the motel but Molly tells Kevin she’s not sure she can carry on their affair as she hates lying to Tyrone (Alan Halsall).

Friday 16 October [1]
Rosie’s spent the night at Luke’s. He asks her if she’d like to move in. Rosie (Helen Flanagan) says she’ll think about it although secretly she’s delighted. Luke (Craig Kelly) offers Rosie his shares in the factory pointing out that with her 9% and his 51% she’d be the boss. Rosie’s seriously tempted. Luke is starting to think he has finally solved his money problems but it appears time may be running out as he takes a call from Carla.
Tony (Gray O’Brien) calls round to No.7. Maria’s shocked at the state of him – it’s clear he’s hungover and hasn’t slept and he confesses he thought it was over between them. Maria (Samia Smith) reassures him that she loves him. . Helen (Dearblah Molloy), Barry, Michelle (Kym Marsh) and Ryan (Ben Thompson) set off for Liam’s grave to pay their respects on the anniversary of his death. Helen’s annoyed that Maria isn’t going with them and even angrier when she seems her arriving with Tony just as they are leaving the cemetery. Tony, Maria and baby Liam visit Liam’s grave. Maria tells Tony she feels it’s time to say goodbye to Liam and look to the future instead. Moved by her words Tony surprises her with a proposal. How will she react?
Lloyd (Craig Charles) is impressed when he discovers Teresa (Karen Henthorne) has tidied up after herself and left a thankyou note, but he cringes when Liz (Beverly Callard) walks into the cab office to find them sharing a joke. Meanwhile Teresa’s curry goes down a storm at the kebab shop but Dev (Jimmi Harkishin) is not impressed when he catches her handing over another batch to Umed (Harish Patel).

Friday 16 October [2]
Tony (Gray O’Brien) and Maria (Samia Smith) know it is going to be a difficult day for everyone and Helen (Dearblah Molloy) is not impressed when Maria insists Tony joins them for a family meal. After a difficult and emotional dinner Maria and Tony manage to get some time alone when Helen and Barry decide to nip to the pub.. Tony opens a bottle of champagne to celebrate their engagement but as a loved up Tony and Maria discuss their future together the mood is broken when Helen and Barry arrive back. Helen demands to know why they’re drinking champagne on the anniversary of her son’s death. The Connors are shocked as Maria tells them that she and Tony have just got engaged. .
Luke (Craig Kelly) convinces Rosie (Helen Flanagan) she should transfer all her money to him in return for his shares in Underworld. Rosie’s excited at the thought of being the factory boss but Luke tells her that she should keep quiet about their plans for now. What exactly is he up to?
Dev (Jimmi Harkishin) is furious with Umed (Harish Patel) for getting involved with Teresa Morton (Karen Henthorne) and calls him a fantasist. An emotional Umed breaks down and admits to Dev the reason he left Mumbai is because he’d run up huge gambling debts and be believes the time has come for him to return to sort out the mess.
Leanne (Jane Danson) gets a call from Carla wanting to know if it’s true that Tony and Maria are now an item. Leanne confirms it and Janice (Vicky Entwistle) is intrigued to know why Carla is suddenly so interested in Tony.
Elsewhere Teresa massages Lloyd’s back for him. Lloyd lets her stay the night again.
