I don?t understand why Emmerdale does this (same with Kirin a while ago), there is no need for her return. Not very fond if recasts, and if they must do it should be really need for storyline...

I really like Jonathan Wrather as an actor, so I am pleased he is back. Emmerdale need more good actors! However I was hoping that Pierce would redeem himself in some way, but if he did murder Graham...
A bit odd return for Pearl. Not a line of dialogue in the first episode, then randomly cut in at the café when Priya, Andreas and the other girls were talking. Hope Meg Johnson is ok.
Where do you see that line? Can´t find it.
There is nothing in the story that says that Jeff Hordley is leaving. Doubt Ryan Hawley will leave this year as well.
Bye bye Joanie. That is my guess anyway.
Is he ok? Not an appearence since early August and there is no suggestion that he will be in any episodes in the upcoming weeks either (which is a bit weird since Ahsley and Laurel seem to have big...
Emmerdale has a huge cast, not every character can be in the spotlight all the time. I like the background characters, and I feel that there should be more nice and kind characters like Finn in...
I only remember one? Paul the postmans death was an accident, even if you could say that Carl somehow contributed to it.
Gutted. I think Viv has improved as a character since returning from her time in prison. They have toned her down a bit and that has been a good thing. I hope they don´t kill her off.
I quite like that characters pop in once in a while, recurring characters like Bishop George and Kayleigh Giggs. It gives the show a sense of continuity.
So Shadrach dies on friday then. I think this storyline has been done too quickly, I was expecting his death to be drawn out and painful, to show what drinking that much does to your body.
Very sad. Shadrach provides for some great comedy.
However this would be a realistic storyline. Drinking the way Shadders do, eventually, leads to death. If done right this storyline could be great.
