New paramedic Ruby (former EastEnders star Maddy Hill) is pushed to her limits on her first day out on the job with Iain and Sam.

Alicia struggles to work with Eddie and her angry outbursts increase. However, when Bea confronts Alicia with her concerns about her behaviour, her façade crumbles and she opens up.

Meanwhile, it's the NHS's 70th anniversary and Noel wants to celebrate – with homemade stickers.
