Officers were called to Keighley after reports of a number of attacks in two separate incidents.

West Yorkshire Police said a 24-year-old man received stab wounds in Victoria Street at about 10.15pm on Thursday. He is in a stable condition in hospital.

Just over two hours later a second incident happened in North Street in which "a further seven members of the public received injuries caused by a knife", officers said.

A force spokesman said that of these seven, four people were detained in hospital and all are said to be in a stable condition. They are three women, aged 44, 26 and 51, and a 30-year-old man.

He has either cracked up, or has been mentally ill - in which case why wasnt he being supervised/monitored by NHS.

unfortunatley PB there are a lot of people like this all over the country who have mental health problems and are left to defend for themselves, because some do-gooder decided that they should not be discriminated and be allowed to live independantly.
