Dylan finally gets in contact with Sanosi's uncle and arranges for the two estranged family members to be reunited. Dylan can now breathe a sigh of relief as he leaves a grateful yet emotional Sanosi with his uncle Kamal. When David shows a little concern over leaving Sanosi with a man he barely knows, Dylan reassures him that there is nothing to worry about.

Later, both of them are surprised when Kamal – accompanied by a frightened Sanosi – is wheeled in suffering from abdominal pains.

Dylan sees the true fear on Sanosi's face at the thought of losing another family member and his heart goes out to him. But what's wrong with Kamal and what does it mean for Sanosi's future?
