Next week on Holby City, Nicky is the victim of a shocking attack, which leaves her reevaluating her future, while Jac is forced to face up to reality and Ange discovers a secret.

Here's a full collection of the seven biggest moments coming up:

1. Nicky has a life-changing decision to make

It's make or break for Nicky next week, as Amelia has officially filed for adoption of baby Juliet.

An awkward Eli is forced to hand Nicky the adoption papers to make things official, but she soon has far greater problems to contend with?

2. Nicky is the victim of a shocking attack

Nicky is confronted with her demons once again, when she is caught up in a terrifying attack.

Nicky is targeted by a vengeful relative of Cameron's victims, who sends her a sinister card ? claiming it's full of anthrax.

Immediately recongising the severity of the situation, Jac urges Nicky to be still while she goes to fetch help. As news of Nicky's ordeal quickly spreads, the hospital is put into immediate lockdown.

3. Fletch is determined to uncover the truth

Now aware there's a mole in the department, Fletch is determined to find out who it is.

A sheepish Madge is forced to hide her guilt as Fletch tells Ange that very few people in the team can be trusted. But as Fletch searches for answers, could it be game over for Madge?

4. Jac puts her life on the line

As Nicky's anxiety consumes her, Jac finds herself putting her own life at risk in a bid to comfort her friend.

With her life flashing before her eyes, a vulnerable Nicky begins to open up to Jac about her situation with baby Juliet, admitting that she's constantly haunted by the ghost of Cameron.

Not willing to let Nicky goes through this alone, Jac endangers herself by entering the potentially life-threatening ward, committing to isolate with her until the toxicology results come through.

5. Jac and Nicky have a heart-to-heart

Nicky and Jac face a long and anxious wait to find out if they have anthrax poisoning, giving them the opportunity to settle their differences of late.

As Jac urges Nicky not to walk away from Juliet, Nicky turns the tables by highlighting that their situations aren't actually too dissimilar.

Nicky simultaneously forces Jac to face up to reality when it comes to her bleak prognosis, but is reminded that she could still have options in terms of her future ? when Jac doesn't.

6. Hanssen helps Billie through labour

Billie still hasn't told dad Russ about her pregnancy, despite the fact she's nearly full-term.

During another visit to Hanssen at the hospital, Billie is panic-stricken when she goes into labour ? while the hospital is in lockdown.

Hanssen is left with no other choice but to deliver Billie's baby on his own, but how will Russ react when he finally discovers the truth?

7. Ange discovers a secret

Ange's suspicions start to grow when she spots a text message regarding Josh's recent outburst on a misplaced phone.

When Madge claims the phone as hers, Ange begins to investigate and searches Madge's office for more clues.

Sure enough, Ange is soon stumbling upon Madge's incriminating book of ward information ? but what will she do next?
