Emmerdale Spoilers 2nd Sep to 6th

Sunday 2nd
Eli infuriates Donna by claiming he owns part of their property and only a cash sum will get him out. He says that it's either that or Donna turns bent and uses her job to help his criminal schemes. Marlon refuses to be bullied and decides to give himself up, only for Donna to propose a plan. She suggests to Eli that he can make a pretty penny with a job at a local warehouse. Eli jumps at the chance, but what does Donna have up her sleeve?

Meanwhile, Laurel is shocked by the arrival of her parents. Hilary immediately reverts to type by criticising Laurel's parenting skills along with their choice of the baby's name. However, when Hilary later hears Emily apologising to Ashley she finds a completely different matter to turn her attention to.

Elsewhere, Lexi, Chas and Debbie try to sell the necklace to Pollard. During a later conversation with Debbie, Pollard haggles over the price whilst insisting on a share of the sale when he finds a buyer. Lexi is jittery with the delay and argues with Debbie. The younger Dingle senses trouble and decides to go deal with Pollard alone and they agree to replace the real necklace with a fake, without her partners' knowledge. What will Lexi and Chas do when they find out?

Monday 3rd
Eli arrives at the warehouse to pull the job and Donna gives him a false alarm code via telephone. After revealing her intention to trap Eli to Marlon, he is worried about the repercussions of Eli's capture for himself. Desperate, Marlon calls Eli and stops him in the nick of time.

However, Eli is enraged and swears to Donna he will have his vengeance. Marlon resolves that he must tell the truth and Donna confides in Zak. Will Uncle Zak be able to help?

Also, Debbie manages to switch the real necklace for the fake before Chas proposes that they move it to a safer location. They take the false necklace to the Church, but Lexi panics when Emily almost discovers them and drops the necklace into the communion wine. How will they get the necklace back without being discovered?

Meanwhile, after Grace's mother dies, Carl is oblivious and wonders why she isn't returning her calls. He heads over to her flat to do some investigating of his own only to be told the tragic news by a neighbour. Will Grace allow Carl to soothe her bereavement?

Tues 4th

Zak is furious to learn of Marlon's idiocy, but agrees to help him and Donna. With a plan agreed, Donna calls Eli to reveal that Marlon has gone to the police. He flies into a frenzy and almost attacks Donna before Zak intervenes. As Zak demands an explanation from Eli, Marlon overhears his brother show some remorse and makes his entrance. Zak tells Eli to get out.

Later, as Eli makes his exit, Marlon and Donna begin to reconcile their differences. As he sets off to work, Eli grabs Marlon and bundles him into the back of a van. Clueless as to what's happened, Donna returns to work, only to receive a phone call asking her to attend a multi-storey car park.

Meanwhile, Eli has brought Marlon to the car park and the younger brother confesses he's always been jealous of Marlon and that he was behind Lilith's case falling apart. Marlon loses it and the two fight on the rooftop. Eli throws a furious punch which misses Marlon and his momentum sends him flying over the edge just as Donna arrives in shock. Has Eli fallen to his doom?

Weds 5th
Lexi and Debbie are unable to gain access to the Church and Rodney's interest is pricked by their actions. He convinces Emily to let him in and begins to look for the necklace. The girls sneakily attend a funeral later in the day but realise the communion wine has gone.

Emily tells them the bottles have been sent for recycling and they give chase to the recycling van as it tears away from the village. Rodney delights in his triumph at having concealed the necklace in his jacket. However, his face falls when he realises the necklace is a fake. Will he continue his fruitless search?

Elsewhere, Hilary continues her reign of oppression by interfering in Church affairs. When attending the funeral with Douglas she notices Emily fawning over Ashley and her suspicions are raised once more.

Later, Hilary tells Laurel that she believes Ashley and Emily were involved, an idea which Laurel ridicules. Laurel tells Ashley what her mother has said, so is now the time for him to come clean about the kiss?

Also, when Belle's friends call for her at Wishing Well, a confused Grayson sends them to the Dingles. Belle is horrified to see them approaching and runs away to hide her embarrassment. She is relieved later when they appear to be enjoying her more basic surroundings and joins in the fun with the farm animals. Will Belle stand tall and proud as a Dingle?

Thurs 6th
Lexi grows suspicious at Debbie nonchalant reaction to the loss of the necklace. Rodney tells Bruce that the necklace is fake and so he storms round to hear Debbie's story. When he starts turning violent, Eli is forced to step in and deals his opponent a hefty beating. When the other girls hear about the necklace being fake, Lexi continues to suspect foul play. Will she find evidence to implicate Debbie?

Elsewhere, when news of Grace's mother's death reaches the local papers, Carl is stunned that she's still avoiding him. Will Grace give in to grief and call back?

Meanwhile, Perdy comes home on a day visit and together with Rosemary they play nice for Grayson's sake. After Perdy apologises for her recent behaviour, Rosemary is stunned to learn that she may return home for good..

In desperation, she crushes another malaria tablet into Perdy's drink. However, her daughter-in-law doesn't drink up and Rosemary is thwarted. How far will she go to keep Perdy incapacitated?
