Cara is stunned when her policeman husband arrives at the hospital - undercover. Covering for him while she is on duty, she meets another couple and realises that the situation is more complex, and he is more involved, than she initially thought.

Adele returns for her first day back at work since her attack, ready to face the music at work and go on her hen night. She is soon re-acquainted with an old friend from back in the day, desperately in need of a lung transplant. When Adele gives Linda false hope that there is an available donor, Mo soon sees she is getting too emotionally involved.

Sacha and Dom are put off when Jesse reveals he is reluctant to have a work ‘stag do’ - until he gets involved in a patient’s case and warms to his new Keller family.
