Actress Stella Gonet is leaving Holby City after starring in the hospital drama as Jayne Grayson, chief executive of the hospital's Primary Care Trust, for the past two years.

Leslie Ash will be joining the series in October, to play a new executive, Vanessa Lyton and there won't be enough room for both of them on the ward.

Hopefully Stella won't get too battered and bruised as she makes her emergency exit.

And from me, although Jayne hasn't had much screen time lately (looking after her son though still I'd imagine)

Will Leslie Ash now give back the £5m compensation she got from the MRSA thing, she got in on the grounds she would not be able to work again.
This will be the thing that stops me watching Holby when she is in it. :thumbsdow
