Dylan struggles to keep his alcoholism a secret from his colleagues.

When a member of Ethan's AA group turns up in the ED, he worries his secret will be revealed.

Meanwhile, Ethan also catches Bea reading the Rage in Resus blog and accuses her of being the author.

After denying her involvement, Bea snaps that she does not feel supported by her boss, despite having pushed herself to impress him on the ward. However Ethan surprises her when he recommends her for a prestigious trauma course.
