Looks like closing the old thread and opening a new one has killed the conversation, maybe the last few posts should have been copied over.
I don't think it was wise of Ken to burn the money.
If he didn't know the trouble Adam would be in, well ok, but he did, he knew Adam had to return the money so he now plays a part in whatever happens next.

This part of the dialogue seemed reminiscent of a Carry On film last night.

I think the Ken Barlow character has had it's day and is due for retirement, maybe returning for the odd cameo appearance. Used to be OK for interaction with Roy or Audrey and of course Deidre and Blanche. But is now swamped with all the events around Peter, Daniel ,Adam. Too much airtime for what is now a weak character. For me Corrie is crying out for some good earthy ,streetwise people , inject some fresh life into the street.:)
I hope Ken tells Tracy and Peter about Adam and they want to help him and keep him around as despite his smarmy ways, he has some charm and is a Baldwin and I want to see him and Todd start up their legal business, I now prefer Adam to Daniel as his "baby and relationship drama" with Sinead is boring
I like Mary's who is very smitten :p flirting with Adam too

I am getting fed up of constant Bethany storylines. Its one after the other. What about giving Graig a decent storyline for a change or Amy.
Bethany´s storyline is important to raise awareness, I am sure Amy will be involved in the Flower Shop sale and Craig has been seen more often again recently, usually a sign that a story is being developedQuote:

Maria was married to Liam, Michelle's brother . She is Michelle's sister in law. Carla was married to Paul, Michelle's oldest brother so she is Carla's sister in law too.

Why do people in soapland always go to public places to discuss private business? Why could the lawyer not meet Nick and Leanne in their apartment but had to go to the Bistro so Michelle and anyone else can listen to their conversation? :wall:
Me too. Loathe this. Just why do we need to be made aware that this goes on ? Quite how Sarah can allow her 16 year old daughter to be out at all hours and on school nights with a 35 year old man I will never know. All very well saying that she doesn't want to drive her away but honestly I would be worried sick, as a mother. She could be picking up STI's at the very least .Quote:
