'The And Back Again'
After drowning his sorrows the previous night with Adam, Abs wakes up in a police cell with cuts and bruises, as the popular medical drama continues. Adam awakes at his flat lying next to a girl, Susie – last night's catch.
It's Abs's last day on ED and he's not in a good mood. Jordan notices that Adam's private life is getting in the way of his work and asks him to put a stop to it.
It is apparent that, because of her involvement in the accident at the Farmead Estate, threats are being made to Dixie. Jeff tries to protect her.
As Abs says his final goodbyes, ED is interrupted by a major road accident. He sadly makes his way outside but is met by Ellie, looking stunning. They share a moment as they leave together.
