Hollyoaks Spoilers 8th - 12th April 2019

Lily has finished her final project but is horrified to realise that she hasn't prepared a presentation, which she must present to the class today. Courtney tries to encourage her to talk, but she can't. When students start giggling, she breaks down.
After the students are dismissed, Courtney grabs Lily's arm and discovers her new scars, so she calls Diane and Tony for help. Everyone is relieved when she finally admits she wants their help, and she admits herself into a mental health ward.
Meanwhile, Maxine calls Damon pretending she fell over. Damon is out with Minnie and Liberty, and when he gets up to leave, Minnie squeezes her parrot toy.
Damon and Liberty hear Maxine's voice admitting that she's not actually sick… the toy recorded her confession.
Elsewhere, James is determined to figure out who Mac's real killer is. They figure whoever killed Mac must have poisoned James too, and Breda overhears this.
A panicked Breda plants a vial of poison (the same poison used to kill Mac) in the coat hanging on James's chair, but as they get up, she realises it was Romeo's coat. The police turn up and search them both. They find the vial in Romeo's pocket.

Lily is recovering in hospital and is sharing a room with another girl called Imogen.
Peri and Yazz put their differences aside to visit her. Prince finds out about Lily's relapse from Yazz and Peri, and he wants to see her too.
Meanwhile, Romeo is out on bail. With evidence stacking up against him for Mac's murder, James decides that he must flee the country. Juliet is heartbroken when she sees Romeo leaving. She knows the only way to get him to stay is to tell him that Lily is in hospital.
Lily can't stop hearing a buzzing from the light. She stands on her bed and starts banging it, so Imogen tries to calm her down. Romeo turns up and tells Lily he must leave. She is devastated by the news.
Romeo is leaving the hospital, but a hand taps him on the shoulder, he turns around and it's Lily. She wants to go with him.
Wednesday 10 April 2019 at 18:30 on Channel 4
Diane gets a call from the hospital and discovers Lily has gone. Diane storms over to James's flat to find Romeo. At the same time, Romeo and Lily are hiding in the village.
Diane rushes into The Dog to see if Prince has heard from either Romeo or Lily. He is furious once he finds out they're on the run and agrees to help find them.
At hospital, a doctor tells Farrah that Lily's blood test results are back. Her wounds are infected and she has sepsis.
Thursday 11 April 2019 at 18:30 on Channel 4
Throughout the episode, we flash to and from memories with Lily's mum and real time.
Romeo and Lily are waiting for the train, with Diane, Prince and Tony desperately trying to find her.
We flashback to 2006, where a young Lily almost burns her hand, and her mum says it breaks her heart to see her hurt.
Meanwhile, Diane is in horror as Farrah tells her that Lily has sepsis which is spreading to her organs. Peri and Yazz are horrified to discover this, and they both reveal to Diane where she is… but it's too late.

Everyone is grief stricken after Lily's death.
Meanwhile, Juliet decides she will tell Darren her true feelings towards him tomorrow.
