Johnny Allen attends his own funeral

Actor Billy Murray attended his own funeral last week as he watched his alias, Johnny Allen, go six feet under.

Murray supposedly wore an overcoat with a hood while they filmed Johnny Allen's coffin being lowered into the ground. Apparently he'll be somewhere among the on-screen congregation.

Personally, I think EastEnders bosses wanted to revive the Where's Wally? concept.

A spokeswoman told me: "We don't comment on future storylines."

Murray will re-appear on screen in October before dying soon after.
