Mines is the usual to loose weight, but I don't know how successful I will be i go to Zumba and boxercise weekly and play badminton twice a week, but I've still got a wobbly belly and fat ass.
My wife tells me my New Year's resolution is to lose weight as well. Five a day, she says. Not sure what we're supposed to do five a day to lose weight but it sounds interesting....
5 a day is just at least 5 fruit or veg per day... but if you follow my plan 5 a day is easy... 1) chips are one of your 5 day.. it is vegetable... 2) most alcoholic drinks are made from plant which are healthy.. but to be sure, drink schnapps made from fruits.. see 5 a day is easy..
Oh, is that all. I thought it was some form of "exercise" she was recommending we did five times a day.... :ninja:
But then I remembered I'm not a teenager any more.... :lol:
The past couple of years I havent really made any but this year I want to get fit and a little more toned and for the first half of the year just to really concentrate on my uni work at whilst im at uni try and get into a bit of routine with work and exercise to try and get me out of bed instead of working really late into the night
I have 3 this year which I am going to stick to 1) get a job, 2) learn more German and 3) get my drivers licence
