Sunday, 29th May
Shelley discusses her facial injury with Charlie. She feels with the right amount of make-up applied in the right places she could cover up her bruising and once again start work in the bar. Charlie is quick to pure scorn on the idea and informs Shelley that her plan wouldn’t work as he has already spread the word that Shelley has chicken pox and is therefore contagious and must remain quarantined in the bedroom of Rovers. Shelley once again lets Charlie get his way and is even thankful when he arrives with a DVD for her to watch. With Shelley placated and safely tucked away upstairs, Charlie heads down to the bar and enjoys being master of the house. At the end of the evening he turns his attentions to barmaid Violet, will she succumb to his dubious charms?

It’s the morning after the night before for Danny and Leanne. Not wanting to give the game away, Danny makes a big show of affection for Frankie in the café. This romantic moment is witnessed by Leanne who, feeling jealous, arranges to meet up for another secret liaison with Danny later. However, when a miserable Jamie admits to Leanne that he has been missing her they both decide to give their relationship another go. Leanne, happy that she is back on track with Jamie, forgets all about her arranged meeting with her boyfriend’s father. How will Danny react to being stood up and, furthermore, how will he take the news that Jamie and Leanne are an item once more?

Meanwhile, after realizing that mice are responsible for his missing stock and not Sarah, Diggory offers the young mum her job back at the his bakery. After Diggory’s misplaced accusation will she return to work for him? And Sarah isn’t Diggory’s only concern as he enlists Keith’s help in exterminating his rodent infestation.

Elsewhere, looking forward to starting her new job, a proud Claire shows off her new bus driver’s uniform in the Rovers bar.

Monday, 30th May at 20:30
One-hour special
It's Claire’s first day of bus driver training. She admits to being nervous and is pleased when Ashley says he will pop out to the end of the street with Joshua to give his wife a confidence boosting wave as she passes by. True to his word, Ashley patiently waits with son Joshua for Claire to drive-by but as her bus rounds the corner disaster strikes. Joshua slips from Ashley’s grip when he sees Schmeichel bounding across the road. Claire swerves in a dramatic attempt to avoid a collision with the youngster but despite her best efforts she is mortified to her a loud thud before the bus screeches to a halt? After hearing the collision, the residents quickly gather round the scene of the accident. Has her worst nightmare happened on her first day of training?

Shelley remains very much under Charlie’s control as the pair even move the sofa from downstairs into her bedroom so that she can be more comfortable as her enforced confinement continues.

Elsewhere, Jack has a holiday surprise for Vera. He shocks his long suffering wife when he announces he is taking his beloved pigeons to Formby with them as he plans to release them and let them fly home.

Meanwhile, Jamie and Leanne are very definitely a pair again and she makes it very clear to Danny that their affair must stop but there is a spark between the pair as they enjoy a drink in the Rovers with Jamie and Frankie. How long will the illicit lovers be able to resist each other?

Also, it’s speed-dating for the over fifties as Rita, Norris, Blanche and Lena head off to the Weatherfield Arms in search of some rapid romance.

Wednesday, 1st June
Relief all round when the vet informs a thrilled Chesney that Schmeichel is going to make a full recovery. The Battersby clan’s happiness is short-lived however, as they are presented with the vet’s bill totaling £850. Wanting to avoid paying such a large sum, Les, Cilla, Kirk and Fiz quickly head over to the Peacocks’ house determined to make Claire foot the bill. Will Cilla be able to brow beat an already guilty feeling Claire into paying for the dog’s expensive treatment?

Meanwhile, Vera sets Jack an ultimatum. She forces him to choose between her and his beloved pigeons. Tough call for Jack; who will he choose?

Worried about Jamie’s well-being, Frankie asks Danny to have a word with him. Jamie is touched when Danny calls him into the office for a chat. Danny stuns Jamie when announces he is going to write off all of Jamie’s past debts, so he can start with a clean slate. Fearing a catch, Jamie is not surprised when Danny raises the subject of Carol, advising Jamie to be cautious of her. Jamie agrees with his dad and agrees to let the situation lie for a while. Will Jamie be able to sever contact with Carol so soon after re-establishing a relationship with his natural mother?

Elsewhere, Charlie buys Shelley a mobile phone. The gift is not as selfless as it first appears as only Charlie has the number and, therefore, while she is still hidden away, only he can be in contact with her. Feeling alone, Shelley needs Charlie more than ever as she feels he is the only person who can make her feel safe and loved.

Friday, 3rd June
Still shaken by her accident in the bus, Claire decides to hand in her notice at the bus depot. It’s with a heavy heart that she returns to the street and informs hubby Ashley of her decision. Still feeling guilty, Claire calls round to the Battersbys’ to check on Schmeichel’s progress. Pleased that he’s going to make a full recovery Claire goes against Ashley’s will and offers to pay for the dog’s treatment. Never one to miss a trick, Cilla exploits Claire’s guilt and bumps up the final bill by several hundred pounds. Unaware of Cilla’s scam, Claire writes out the cheque for the inflated amount. How will Ashley react to his wife handing over their hard earned cash to the scrounging Battersbys?

Elsewhere, Jamie is pleased when Danny leaves him in charge of the factory as he’s going to be out of the office all day. Unbeknownst to Jamie, Danny is off to visit Carol in Birmingham. The atmosphere is hostile as Danny attempts to persuade his ex-wife to leave Jamie alone as she is messing up his life. Will Carol heed Danny’s words and be able to sever her ties with her long lost son once again?

Meanwhile, Ciaran has to face an angry Charlie after he attempts to gain access to Shelley’s bedroom in order to get her signature for a brewery delivery. Charlie finds Ciaran at the Shelley’s doorway and threatens to kick the Irish barman down the stairs if he doesn’t leave Shelley in peace. Charlie’s overprotective behaviour towards Shelley is starting to concern the other staff at the Rovers. How long will they continue to put up with Shelley’s mysterious absence from the bar?

Also, a furious Vera returns from holiday in Formby in order to track down her wayward husband.
