How Do I Become A Moderator?

I will be needing moderators to help run this board as I cannot monitor this board 24/7. There are a few people who have nominated themselves as potential moderators so what I am proposing is the following:



Any potential moderators must be frequent contributors to the board
They must be online most of the time
They must be fair and balanced. I cannot stress this enough. I wish this board to be open to all, so any moderator must be professional in their conduct to others


At the moment it'll be a case of private invitation.


If anyone else has other ideas, this is the place to discuss.

I would also love to be a moderator and with a 24/7 internet connection which I pay nothing for I can afford to stay online and help out!
