How do you get banners and Atavars?

Now i mean i know how to get them, but where is it you put them in? I looked on User profile and i didnt see anything?:confused:

Go onto your profile and you'll find the right place under signature. Just add you banner there.

you need 500 posts for a banner and 1000 for an avatar
