EE producers have denied that they have evn approched Ms Halliwell. I think its probably a bit of self publicity on her part.

Contrary to today's tabloid report, former-Spice Girl Geri Halliwell is NOT joining the cast of EastEnders.

A spokeswoman for the show said: "We are thrilled that Geri is a fan of the show but there are no current plans for her to join EastEnders."

They also denied that producers were even in talks with Geri to join the BBC One soap.

I am glad this isn't true....Geri should stick with the singing and not even try acting as she probably can't even act but just a bit of publicity for herself on her part.
