Whodunnit?
Strike a light! For the first time in her life, Amanda is innocent. It's been proved that she was elsewhere at the time of Josh's murder and, quite frankly, we're a bit disappointed that she won't be going down. Plenty of other people in Summer Bay had the motive, means and opportunity to pack the much-hated mayor off to that great Brisbane in the sky. So which resident is the killer? Read on for our list of prime suspects.
Or read the Episode Guide for full spoilers

Mugshots:

Ric Dalby
After Alf was wrongly sent to prison, Ric swore that Josh would pay for what he did to his granddad. In fact, he was the one behind the cut-and-paste death threat. But did he turn his words into actions?

Martha MacKenzie
Martha had every right to be furious with Summer Bay's monstrous mayor. She raises suspicions when it's revealed that she was also behind the harassment Josh received before he died.

Tasha Hunter
Another person who had a couple of bones to pick with the man is Tasha. She confronted Josh over his dealings with the religious cult on the night of his demise. Was she the last person to see him alive?

Robbie Hunter
Tasha's new husband is also key to the case - but this is purely by his own admission. Tune in to see him "helping the police with their enquiries". Or should that be hindering?

Morag Bellingham
Could the second most law-abiding citizen in Summer Bay be the one who pulled the trigger? Peter certainly thinks so after he rummages through Morag's mysterious files. Keep watching to find out!

Also this month
Murder mysteries aside, Summer Bay is heaving with excitement this month. Firstly, a newly-free Amanda starts swanning around town, as if she's a gift from heaven, while rubbing everyone up the wrong way. She's determined to make Dan her man once again; let's just hope that he hasn't lost his mind as well as all his money. In other news, Kim becomes curious about Rachel's secret family; Martha's brother arrives in town; Irene marches ever-closer towards the end of her tether; and Cassie takes up boxing, possibly in preparation for her next scrap with Belle. Speaking of whom, Belle steps up the hunt for her long-lost mother at the end of next week. The woman she eventually gets in touch with denies everything and insists that she's mistaken. However, she picks up her phone as soon as she's shooed the wastrel from her doorstep. "You'll never believe who's just turned up", she whispers into the mouthpiece. Could Belle be in touch with her roots after all?

Not everyone knows what happens though. As some may choose not to know till the last minute. Or the new members here might not know yet. So let's not presume everyone is all clued up. Otherwise we wouldn't have a site here to post on, if you see what I mean. I think the killer turned out to be Barry Hyde - hence the reason he leaves the bay - getting away with murder - as I don't think he went to prison for it.

But why post or speculate about something that has already been confirmed - if posted before hand, I would understand, but to speculate after doesn't make sense to me :searchme:

Plus the original thread was initially started as a who dunnit therefore closing this one...
