There getting ripped to shreds, seville are miles quicker. Is Viduka off yet, he looks like he wants to be somewhere else.

Borough played better in the second half and that was definately a penatly if I ever saw one. Things would have been different has borough got the penalty

I'm absolutely gutted :crying: I can't believe it!
They should so have got a penalty, it was so unfair. Viduka missed two open goals, what was going on with him?!
I really thought they had a chance tonight aswell....but Sevilla were the better side tonight, I don't know what happened to Boro :(

Mark Viduka had that illness where you dont play football in fear of injuring yourself for the world cup. Claudio Reyna did the same on Sunday.

Viduka looked like he wanted to be somewhere else.

Watching the replay should have been a penalty.

it was a real shame that they lost but they can pride themselves in doing really well to get to the final anyway.

Not for Boro, they failed to qualify for Europe this season, because they finished too low down the League (they finished 14th but needed to be no lower than 7th to qualify). The only chance they had of qualifying for next season's competition was to win last night. They didn't so they'll be playing solely on 'home' turf next season.

i know i still cant believe Boro finished above us in the league.

They could always qualify next year. But i think it will be more difficult.
