well in todays inside soap it says that they realise that they are finished but Rodney tries to matchmake and et them back together but this ends up humiliating Ivan and Paul in the woolpack so Ivan decides its time to leave packs his bags says a quick farewell to Paul and leaves for good.

Well Ivan must return because in this weeks inside soap there is a story about the actor leaving our screens as Ivan in the summer and how he will have some big storylines before he goes including an un expected romance that viewers or villagers would not have expected.

In the mags it says that Ivan is on our screens until July. He gets involved with the Kings somehow.... no mention of Paul.

It is something to do with him getting used as a pawn in the kings feud with Sadie and Matt. I dont think he and Paul ever get back together but i wonder who the unexpected romance is with?

Apparently Ivan is leaving

Emmerdale actor Daniel Brocklebank has revealed he is to leave the Dales later this year.

Brocklebank, who plays Ivan Jones in the ITV soap, will film his final scenes in early June and remain on screen until July.

Speaking of his departure, he told Inside Soap: "I originally came in to do just three episodes, so to stay for a year-and-a-half has been great. I'm pleased that I'll be leaving Ivan behind on a high note, as I've really enjoyed playing him."

An insider added: "He's [Ivan] going to become a pawn in the rivalry between King & Sons and Matthew and Sadie's new business. There's also a romantic liaison on the cards for Ivan, which will come as a big shock to viewers and villagers alike."

I think Ivan will have a romantic liasion with Sadie, just a guess though. It's just he will be involved with the Kings and Sadie is quite a flirty type :hmm:

I think Andy will be the one to go with Jo that is what i thought they were setting up by moving her up to the farm i think Sadie would certainly be a surprise for Ivan though - might just work.

I know i think it would be really boring if Jo had an affair with Andy because his partner Katie has had an affair already with Robert so Andy and Katie's relationship has already suffered an affair and they have just got back together as well.
