Hey Peep's. I'm going to Dublin tonight, just for the weekend, anyone been there before, got any good places for me to go to, to get totally hammered! (had a hard week at work, need to unwind!) Or any good shopping places (shops!) :D

I worked in Dublin for over a year - loved it out there! The temple bar is the best area, but Dublin is so small its pretty easy to get from place to place. I think Siobhan is the best person to ask.

temple bar is the best area for socialising. if you want to go shopping go to the new dundrum town centre. get the Luas from stephen's green. anyone will give you directions. a tip for the luas though. if you go to dundrum town centre, don't get off at the dundrum stop, wait for the next one which is balally. it's only about a 2 min walk from there. be warned, everything is really expensive here. hope this helps.

the best shops are in grafton street and Stephens Green Shopping Centre, but there is also good ones on henry street - these are in the City Centre -
i havent been to the Dundrum Centre - but you can get the luas over from Stephen Green and it only takes 6 minuties.

for night life Temple Bar and there is also a night club called Spirt which is great 3 floors in it and it open's quite late!!

Sorry, I should have checked - seems like we've got plenty of users from Ireland.

There's Braningans (sp?) as well. The night life is very good, can't recommend shopping cause I didn't really get a chance to do any.

We hired out a Limo last week for my Birthday then we headed into Spirt best night of my life the limo was great!! I was very drunk but still enjoyed it :cheer:
