isn't charlie horrible. did you hear he made up a big lie saying that sunita and frankie had been talking about her and she beleived him. So in the next episode shelley is really funny with sunita and shelley and when she tells charlie he laughs and goes "you girls" i felt like jumping up at the telly.

I think just the fact that he is no longer cheating on her and how he turned Violet away has blinded Shelley from thinking any wrong of him. She seems to think that as he's no longer finding the need to see other women then he must truely love her and have only her best interests at heart.
If only she could see the side of him that we and residents in the street see.
But then love is blind isn't it.

Violets too strong a character for Charlie to bother with. He's only interested in women he can bully and Violet would easily stand up to him and get the better of him. She wouldn't be bothered about telling Shelly if anything happened not that i think she'd let anything happen.
