I'm not really normally one for fashion, but i do always "worry" what the fashion will be for shoes in the next season.
At 5"10' i cant really affors to wear heels without dwalfing everyone i see, so does anyone have any ideas if they are goin to be in fashion this summer? Isn't it time that flats were in?!?
you are so lucky to be tall!!!! i am only 5''1' and have to wear heals all the time!!! even my trainers have got platforms!!! in answer to ypur question i have no idea if flats are going to be in fashion sorry!!!!!!

It can be really annoying being tall though, cause i tower over all my friends and stand out so much in a crowd. I always like the idea of weraing heels with jeans, but adding another few inchs onto my legs is a no no! I guess your never happy with what you've got, you just have to work with it.
Another thing, everytime i do go to buy some flats (much as i hate it) they are always really clumpy, with wooden soles. My feet are around a size 7, so it doesn't exactly do anything to make them seem smaller! Do you know anywhere where u can get fashionable shoes that a tall, thin person with giant feet could wear?
I guess thats asking too much......
a couple of my friend have size 7 feet so i will ask them tomorrow and let you know and size 7 is not that giant!! i know he is a bloke but my sisters boyfriend has size 12-13 feet!!! now thats huge!!
I've got size 6 feet and am only 5"3!!!!
I think wedgies are in fashion at the moment, well there seams to be lots in the shops, but also with the boho look there seams to be lots of funky flip flops or jewled slippers. Im no expert but I hope this helps.
Faith is always good for largers sizes I think they go up to a size 8

I'm 5"8 and have size 8 feet (yes I know they're huge!).
I know i'm not as tall as u but i wear heels anyway - makes me taller that my boyfriend but sometimes they are the only shoes that suite the outfit. I also love wearing flipflops in the summer - i find that they don't make my feet look too big like some flat shoes can.
Faith go up to a size 9 now. I find it annoying that womens trainers only go up to a size 7 - i have to wear mens trainers (luckily they aren't too much different!)
i asked one of my friends and they reckon that brantano go to about a size 9 ish not sure how accurate it is but its worth a look!!!!

Flats are in the seaseon, there are loads of really trendy sandles and flats in the shops at the mo!!

yeah i have seen alot of flat shoes. also flipflops with nice patterns on and wedges. i got a pair of green wedges for easter and i couldn't walk in them you should of seen me
i ant walk in heels!! on my wedding day i wobbled everywhere!! i can walk in wedges and try to stick to these!! i couldnt get wedge wedding shoes!! i just tend to walk around inmy trainers all the time as they are soooo comfortable!!! plus more practical for runningafter my 3 year old!! i love wearing flip flop in the summer!! this year i intend to but some to match every outfit!!
I'm 5ft 11 myself and i love the idea of heels aswell but unless i want to feel like the bfg i tend to stay away ... I kinda make a compromise with kitten heels and i love flat pomps ... They go with everything ...
They have some nice plain ones in ASDA only £2.00 a pair in blue, pink, black etc. Bargin!!

Primark are really good, every thing is so cheap! All my mates shop at these surf shops like Hargreaves but it's so expensive so i just get a few selective designer things and team them with cheap bargins!!
I tend to do that, buy more expensive trousers/skirts and team them with bargin tops although I do love diesel T-Shirts!
i get most of my clothes from ebay!! they might be secondhand but they are clean and you can get a really good bargain, i get loads of stuff for the kids too!!

me too! I am such an ebay junkie. i bought some amazing beaded khussa which look amazing with gypsy skirts and are apparently gonna be the next big thing this summer, so i'd get bidding now before they go for too much! I got mine for just £9.65 (incp&P and recorded delivery!). Bargain!

They are beaded and decorated indian shoes, to be worn with gypsy skirts. Just look in mags like Closer or Now and you'll see them!

cowboy boots are in thsi season u can buy flatish ones in clarkes and any other modern shoe stores and they dont dwarf everone else im 5"8 and i can relate t heels making you dwarf other people
I'm 5ft3 with size 3 feet! lol!! My friend is tall about 5ft8-9 i think and she has size 8 feet and se managed to get a pair of pink nike airs from a catalouge!!
If i were you i'd just go for it if you want to wear heels, wear them!!
I can only have kitten heels as i have bad heel problems and have to wear these things lol!!
