After Martin goes to jail, does anyone know what will happen to katy's baby?

Before Katy even kills her Dad she aborts her baby so the questions a bit void. katy though does eventually kill herself.

I dont think Martin actually gets convicted I think it all comes out in the wash as these things do in soap world.
