Neighbours star Blair McDonough has confirmed speculation that he is quitting the soap.
The actor has played policeman Stuart Parker for four years but will leave Ramsay Street next month to move to the UK.
"Any further opportunities will be explored when he gets there," a spokeswoman told Sydney's Daily Telegraph, adding: "It was an enormous opportunity... and he's a bit sad leaving Ramsay Street because he's had a great time. But it's time to move on."
McDonough landed his part on the Aussie soap after finishing second in the local version of Big Brother.
