Also i thought it a bit out order blaming him for the mess she help create

I agree- she told Tommy that Martin was having an affair which wound Tommy up even more and she also told Katy what she thought she heard so she's as much to blame. I found it odd to when she told Martin to take her back and get married how could they after everything, he would have been living with a muderer and she would have eventually cracked up with all the guilt.

I think the way he see it is that he loves katy and katy loves him they could of been happy if they were left alone but now that tommy have created the mess katy in she looking for a escape goat
