Karl and Paul??

Hey i have a question why does Karl Kennedy not get on with Paul Robinson, becuse evrey few episodes he is complaining about him???

From what I can remember last time Paul was in Neighbours, he framed Philip Martin for fraud and did a runner. Karl was friends with Phil - think this is the reason.
