Charlotte Church has received an ultimatum from her ex-boyfriend Steven Johnson.

The Crazy Chick's former lover has instructed her to pay him £3 million, otherwise he will publish a kiss-and-tell book about their time together.

Johnson, who dated Charlotte for 18 months, is believed to have spent the past two years writing Hell's Angel. He claims that he will cancel his plans if Church hands over half of her fortune.

"She can give us £3 million or take us to court," Steven's father, George, revealed.

"I would love it if she took us to court. It would be fantastic. Charlotte has sung for The Queen, the Pope and presidents. She is known world-wide, the court fight would be reported around the world. It would be fantastic publicity for Steven's book."

He added, "I can't tell you what's inside, but it will interfere with Charlotte's head and career."

Charlotte is hoping to obtain a High Court injunction to block the book, which is due out in October. The Johnsons have been given a 21-day deadline to hand over a transcript to Church's lawyers, before they begin legal proceedings.

On Steven's ultimatum, Charlotte said, "Tell him to stick it where the sun don't shine."

oh no not another kiss and tell story,I am so fed up with these, well he will only make money, if we the consumer waste ours buying it. I certainly won't be rushing out to buy it or another kiss and tell book.

Well her father thinks he has been hard done by and her mother has always kept him away from her and apparently this book is to show her how much he loves her

Probably will be....I remember when victoria beckhams book came out i couldn't stand her but my boyfriends brother bought me the book for xmas and had to read it cause he kept asking me about it.....and guess what it was brilliant i really enjoyed it

lol - I just can't stand people who just feed off others - In Edinburgh you can rent your flat/house out during the Fringe (huge festival in August) a friend did this and it was a TV personality that rented his flat, when he moved back in he found poloriod photos of the "star" and his girlfriend which he could have easily sold to the tabloids BUT no he stuck them in an envelope and sent them back - without showing anyone else (he did tell us though!) So I guess it does show not everyone feeds off others!!
