Richard has been having an affair and he was with that woman when Ali got run over and no one could get hold of him. Darlene blames Richard and thinks he should have been paying more attention to his family and should have noticed that something was going on.

Richard knew something was going on but he never took thing as far as he could like he took Justin knife away and said why do you have a knife and no-one answer so he just dropped the subject, :nono: than Macki beated up Ali and Richard asked what happened and Ali just said he fall over but he knew something was wrong so he said go to the police but Ali and Justin did not want to as they wanted to be Grasses (boys and they pride), so than Richard just left it again, :angry: than Ali sister wanted to tell their parent but they never, but than how could like when he was never there :searchme: . So than Ali took matters into his own hands. :wall: So yes All the adults should have seen the signs that something was going on as liz knew that macki was bullying Justin, but no they just went on their way with their life and we never there for the teenage to talk to.
