if you have them on the internet when you post a message click go advanced the click on the yellow icon with a grey mountain type thing and paste the url of the image you want
let me no if this doesnt make sense

now click on you pic and click properties and copy the url then go on advanced and there a yellow box with a grey picture that looks like a mountain click on that then paste the url of the in there
