Can someone help make me a banner/Signature?

I don't know how to make them or put them up, if someone would make 1 for me that would be great!!!!

i also dont seem to be able to get an avatar?!?!?

you have to have 500 for a signiture. and 1000 (i think) for an avatar xx

well when you want to put a banner on you click on my banner and then it takes you to image shak or somethin like it
