Do you think their will be a court case after everything that has happened and will it go on for ages with the grieving process as well and the blaming and fighting?

I felt sorry for martin yesterday he blames himself for everything thats happened and sees his and katys relationship as an mistake which he shouldnt because she loved and she said it wasnt his fault?

I would have thought that once katy goes they will not show the court case.And it would just be said that angela has been sentenced but I am not sure
